Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

Draft. These terms are being reviewed and may change before DocReq's full launch.

These terms govern your use of docreq.com and the DocReq application ("DocReq"), provided by 3PG Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"). By using DocReq you agree to them. If you use DocReq for a law firm, you agree on the firm's behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. A firm's signed agreement with us, if there is one, takes priority over these terms.

Using DocReq

Your firm's data

Firms own the information and documents they and their clients put into DocReq. Firms are responsible for having the right to collect it and for how they use it. We process it only to provide DocReq, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

AI features are optional and off until a firm turns them on. Their results are suggestions and may be wrong. Firms remain responsible for reviewing documents and for any decision or legal advice. DocReq does not provide legal advice.

Pilot program

During the pilot, features may change, and DocReq may occasionally be unavailable while we improve it. Pricing and any service commitments will be agreed with each firm. [CONFIRM PILOT TERMS]

Our service

We work to keep DocReq secure and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Firms should keep their own copies of documents they need to retain.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount the firm paid us for DocReq in the 12 months before the claim. [ATTORNEY TO REVIEW]

Ending use

Firms may stop using DocReq at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. When a firm's account ends, we will delete or return its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and let customers know before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
